It wouldnt be October in Emmerdale without a villager meeting their end so who is set to die this time? With several high profile characters out for revenge and a number of killer situations unfolding, there are several lives on the line and for some, life will never be the same again.

As Kim Tate returns and wants Joe gone for good, she isnt the only one wanting to make her mark as someone is lining her up for some seriously deadly punishment. Meanwhile, Ross Barton is desperate to make acid attacker Simon pay for what he did.

There are a number of twists to play out – and heres who may not survive the week…

Kim Tate

Admittedly, some fans are feeling a bit robbed by the fact that the iconic Kim is returning for what could be her death storyline – but what better way to bring a definite end to a villain who has so far escaped justice in the eyes of viewers?

Kim is back and at her outrageous best, upsetting all of her party guests to the point where she is pushed through a balcony and onto a champagne fountain. Motionless, Kim is in a bad way – but who has pushed her and is she dead?

Joe Tate

(Picture: ITV)

Joe is another Tate with a target on their back as Kim has made her intentions to Graham very clear – she wants him to finish him off once and for all due to his betrayal. Graham, however, is keen to give Joe a chance to escape with his life.

But with Joe heading back to the village, will Graham be left with no choice? Or might Kim even be left to take matters into her own hands? If you want a job done properly…

Graham Foster

Graham is loyal to Kim but might she have pushed him too far by asking him to kill Joe? With Joe going against Grahams advice and heading back to the village to reunite with Debbie and stand up to Kim, Graham might be forced to take sides.

But taking on Kim might be risky – even for action man Graham. Could he fall on his own sword to protect Joe?

Ross Barton

(Picture: ITV)

Lets face it – a lakeside showdown with the added weight of the knowledge that Mike Parr has filmed his last scenes doesnt paint a hopeful picture for Ross. He is a loose cannon and as he attempts to drown Simon, could the tides turn and see Simon take him out instead?

Of course, given the depth of Ross rage against the man who physically and mentally scarred him for life, it seems just as likely that Simon will meet his maker. Ross doesnt hide the fact that he wants Simon dead so how far will he go?

And could Ross exit see him in a prison cell?

Moira Dingle

(Picture: ITV)

Moira is doing her best to stop Ross from making the same mistake that she did with Emma but might she be caught in the crossfire as a scuffle breaks out. Intervening to save Ross from his fate as a killer, will Moira end up being the shock victim in this nasty situation?

Priya Sharma

Priya has been determined to ensure that this whole masquerade ball goes smoothly and to do that, she has had to be everywhere at once. But that might prove to be her undoing – might she overhear something about Joes fate that she shouldnt have?

And might Kim or Graham be forced to silence her?

The Harry Potter fandom have proved themselves to be a very vigilant bunch, who know every single part of the wizarding world JK Rowling has put together.

When they think theyve uncovered a slight plot hole, theyre not even slightly phased about voicing their concerns.

And so some were a little confused over Dumbledore – played by Jude Law – and his past, in the latest instalment of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald.

The Harry Potter books – The Deathly Hallows, to be more specific – states Albus friendship with Grindelwald ended after a three-way duel with his brother Aberforth, which led to Ariana Dumbledores death, and Grindelwald fleeing very quickly after.

But, according to Digital Spy, the prequel claims the pair made a blood pact with each other, in order to make sure they never fight, which meant everyones favourite Hogwarts headmasters hands were tied over Grindelwalds dark revolution.

Were not exactly sure when said pact was meant to have happened because it never got mentioned in the seven original books.

If it was before their duel, they technically should have died the second they raised their wands in the fight, and we cant really imagine Grindelwald stopping for a quick blood pact before running the hell away.

Considering Aberforth went into intense detail about the duel, as well as his own part in it and his brothers actions, were sure he wouldve mentioned that?

It turns out were not the only fans a little confused about the whole thing, with viewers flocking to Twitter to ask what is happening.

One asked: Briefly about #FantasticBeasts wtf??? Aurelius Dumbledore?? Whats happening?

While another said: #FantasticBeasts The Crimes of Grindelwald, youre a lot. As a #1 Potterhead I want to like this movie badly but its just so all over the place. I did really love Jude Law (crushin SO hard on young Dumbledore over here), Zoë Kravitz and Kim Soo-hyun in it.

And a baffled viewer posted: I had watched the new #FantasticBeasts yesterday and I just cant wrap my head around Dumbledores brother …. @jk_rowling you killin me.

Seeing as there are three more Fantastic Beasts films on the way, were guessing JK Rowling has the answers to all these questions and more already ironed out.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald is out in cinemas now.

The Eternals line-up has been revealed (Picture: Marvel)

The line-up of the funky little brother to the Avengers behemoth, The Eternals, has seemed to make its way into the world.

Written by Matthew and Ryan Firpo, the MCU flick based on the super-beings will take fans in a new direction within the Marvel universe, as it looks at Jack Kirbys 1976 run on his own comic creation.

Focusing on the Eternals (so not just a jazzy name), which were created by the Celestials (that, remember, created the Infinity/Soul Stones) The Hashtag Show has claimed the team for the flick will consist of characters Ikaris, Sersi, Gilgamesh, Elysius, Makkari, Thena, Zuras, and Starfox, interestingly the brother of Thanos, villain of Infinity War.

So theres a nice link to the current Avengers phase, should you need it.

According to the website, there will also be a character by the name of Piper, which it alleged is a new take on the character Sprite (thirsty?), with the villain reportedly being Druig.

As of yet, there has been no leaked mention of the Deviants, which go against the Eternals and Celestials, but we all know nothing goes too calmly in the MCU for too long before a baddie is thrown into the mix.

The film, set a million years ago, apparently, is said to be going into production here in London next fall, and will follow on from Avengers 4, filling in the gaps in the universe before it all went down – but thats really all we know so far.

While MCU boss Kevin Feige wouldnt give too much away during a Q&A recently, he did compare the film to Guardians of the Galaxy, which didnt have much hype before hitting screens and, as we now know, became a runaway success.

[I can say] very little when it comes to Eternals, but I will say your reaction about not being familiar with The Eternals is perfect because most people werent familiar with Guardians and believe it or not there were people who were not familiar with Avengers or with Iron Man, he told Bionic Buzz.

More: Marvel

Hold up – there was once a time when people werent familiar with Avengers? Well we strain to remember that.

He added: So for us, its finding great stories whether people have heard of them or not and bring them to the big screen in as an amazing way as we can.
